Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Roman Kobal, trading as “Logic Twelve” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit logictwelve.com (the “Site”), and your rights regarding that information.

1. Who we are

Roman Kobal, trading as “Logic Twelve”
ul. Hipolita Cegielskiego 20/8, 62-020 Swarzędz, Poland
Contact:

We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Scope

This policy covers the public marketing website at logictwelve.com — including our blog/articles, app listing pages, and the pages you’re reading now. It does not cover:

  • The Atlassian Marketplace listings you reach by clicking “Install” or “Marketplace” links — those pages, and any purchase or account information you provide there, are governed by Atlassian’s own privacy policy.
  • Our support portal (Atlassian Service Desk, linked from the site footer) — governed by Atlassian’s privacy policy.
  • The actual Forge apps you install in Confluence or Jira from the Marketplace — those run inside your own Atlassian instance, and any data they process is described in each app’s own listing, not this website.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

We do not currently have any forms, newsletter sign-up, account registration, or comment system on this Site that would collect personal information from you. Comments are disabled site-wide. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live to describe exactly what’s collected and why.

Information collected automatically

Like virtually every website, our web server automatically logs standard technical information for every request, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser and operating system (user agent string)
  • Pages visited, referring page, and timestamps

We use this only for security (e.g. detecting abuse), troubleshooting, and basic performance monitoring of the Site. We do not combine these logs with any other source to build a profile of you, and we do not use them for advertising.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies for visitors browsing this Site. We confirmed this directly: a normal visit to the homepage returns no Set-Cookie header at all. We have:

  • No analytics or advertising scripts (no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, no ad tech of any kind)
  • No embedded third-party widgets (e.g. no embedded YouTube videos, no live chat widgets)
  • No e-commerce/cart functionality — purchases happen entirely on the Atlassian Marketplace, not on this Site

The only cookies WordPress (the software this Site runs on) is capable of setting are standard login session cookies, and only if we, the site operators, log into the administrative dashboard — this never happens as part of a normal visit to the public Site and is not something visitors encounter.

Social sharing links

Our blog articles include “Share on Facebook / X / LinkedIn” buttons. These are plain links — clicking one takes you to that platform’s own share page. No data is sent to Facebook, X, or LinkedIn unless and until you click one of these links, and once you do, that platform’s own privacy policy governs.

Fonts

The typefaces used on this Site are bundled with the website itself (self-hosted), not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party font service — so no font-related data is ever sent to a third party just by viewing a page.

4. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK visitors)

For visitors in the EU/UK, our legal basis for collecting the server-log information above is legitimate interest (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the Site secure, functioning, and free of abuse. Because we collect no other personal information and use no cookies, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for anything covered by this policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only party with access to the server logs described above is:

  • OVH, our hosting provider, acting strictly as a data processor to operate the Site infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law (e.g. in response to a valid legal request) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Logic Twelve, our users, or the public.

6. International data transfers

Our Site is hosted with OVH, on servers located in Beauharnois, Québec, Canada. This means that if you are visiting from the EU/UK, your information (server log data, as described above) is transferred to and processed in Canada.

The European Commission has formally recognized Canada (for commercial organizations subject to PIPEDA, which our hosting provider’s data center falls under) as providing an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 GDPR. This means transfers to Canada are permitted without needing additional safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses. If we ever change hosting providers or regions, we will update this section accordingly.

7. Data retention

Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for the security and troubleshooting purposes described above, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of that information
  • Restrict or object to our processing of it
  • Receive a copy of it in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

Because this Site collects minimal personal information (standard server logs only, tied to an IP address rather than an identified individual), most requests will have little or nothing to return — but we will still respond to and honor any request.

If you are in the United States (e.g. California — CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share your personal information, and have no plans to. Subject to applicable thresholds for which businesses these laws cover, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Request deletion of that information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information, so this is automatically satisfied)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

Exercising your rights

Email us at  with your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States, per COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at  and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes, we will post a visible notice on the Site.
