These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of logictwelve.com (the “Site”), operated by Roman Kobal, trading as “Logic Twelve” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is a marketing and informational website describing apps that Logic Twelve publishes on the Atlassian Marketplace for use with Confluence and Jira. The Site itself does not process payments, host accounts, or run the apps — it only links out to the Atlassian Marketplace, where purchases, installs, and trials are handled entirely under Atlassian’s own terms.
2. The apps themselves are not covered by these Terms
If you install one of our apps from the Atlassian Marketplace, your use of that app is governed by:
- The Atlassian Marketplace’s own terms and the end-user license agreement (EULA) for that specific app (presented at install time), and
- Atlassian’s own platform terms, since the app runs inside your Confluence/Jira instance.
These Terms cover only your use of this website — browsing pages, reading articles, and following links.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (e.g. excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass rate limiting or security controls)
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without our permission
- Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the “Logic Twelve” name and branding — is owned by Roman Kobal (trading as “Logic Twelve”) or his licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party destinations, including the Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian’s support portal, our documentation subdomain, and social media platforms (via the “Share this post” buttons on articles). We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it (including app descriptions, pricing references, or articles) is complete or current — always confirm pricing and app details on the official Atlassian Marketplace listing.
This section does not limit any statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of your country or state of residence.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roman Kobal (trading as “Logic Twelve”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (for example, certain consumer rights under EU/UK or US state law).
8. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU/UK or a US state with its own consumer-protection requirements, this clause does not override any mandatory protections or right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.
10. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
